• Where are you located?
big eg media is located in the Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Our full address will be supplied upon enquiry. We allow drop off and pick up of items and products, and will also post completed items to you for your convenience.

• Why are your prices so cheap?
We believe many other companies over-charge customers, charging exorbitant hourly rates and set-up costs. We know things can be done much more cheaply and economically, while still retaining an excellent quality. big eg media doesn't leave you out of pocket, and works closely with you to obtain the best result.

• How long will it take to finish my job?
Being a small-scale, local business, we offer a quick turn-around time on all jobs. Depending on the size and type of job, we work with you to negotiate a reasonable time frame for the job to be completed. Most video and audio conversion jobs are completed within a week of us receiving your footage or audio.

If you need a job done urgently, ask about our priority services, where we drop everything to complete your job as quick as we can! (Some conditions may apply, incurs 20% extra cost).

• What is the difference between 'standard' and 'advanced' video conversion?
For 'standard' conversion, we create a DVD cover that we believe suits the contents of the DVD. There is 1 DVD menu created, which has DVD chapter points every 5 minutes.

For 'advanced' conversion, you can have input in helping create an even more personalised DVD package. You can provide photos, images or sketches to help create the DVD cover and disc label. The DVD itself can include beautiful interactive motion menus, customised chapter points, more menu options (such as 'extra features', 'bloopers', etc) and photo slideshows. There are also further options, such as adding computer files to the DVD, which are available upon request.

• Can you post completed DVDs and products?
Yes! If you choose, we can post items to you in a registered, insured, Express parcel via Australia Post.

• When will my product be delivered?
As soon as we have finished the job. For most major areas in every state, next day delivery is guaranteed. Other areas should receive the item within a few days.

• Can I send it back?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your finished product, we are open to working with you to help create a more satisfactory product. Contact us here.

• Do you provide a tax invoice on completion of the work?
Yes, we do provide a tax invoice on completion of the work, and once payment has been received we provide a receipt.

• Do you sell multimedia equipment, supplies, such as DVD cases, blank discs or other consumables?
No, we don't currently sell equipment, supplies or consumables. Absolute AV, located on Glen Osmond Rd, offers a wide range of media products at a reasonable price.

• What is your privacy policy?
An overview of our policy is: All information is kept strictly confidential. Your personal details won't be shared with any other person without your permission. We are currently in the process of re-writing a detailed privacy policy.
